About Us

What have we done in the past? That is a great question, with a great answer. 

Southern Breezes has been in existence since 2007, with a focus on assisting GSE’s and many other Institutional and private lenders. Our services cover a wide spectrum of tasks that are required to carry a property through the default/foreclosure process and beyond. 

Our systematized approach allows us to provide accurate and timely information while keeping our clients updated and on time with structured deadlines. Our experience has taught us that each step in the process has specific needs and challenges. We have long standing relationships with top quality vendors who stay in contact and understand the complexities of working directly with Government entities and Prime Contractors. 

This allows us to track progress and identify any future issues that may arise. 

When we started working directly with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2013 and 2011 respectively, we realized that there needed to be a duplicatable, consistent workflow to ensure that timelines were met. From initial services, repair coordination and ongoing visits, to Real Estate broker services, Southern Breezes has monitored each and every step to bring our clients assets to and through disposition. 

Our past clients include :

Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

We have worked both direct with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as well as sub contracted to a Prime contractor with HUD and VA over the past 12 years.

Our commitment to our clients mission has included efforts to educate both the general public as well as Real Estate agents on the desire to stabilize neighborhoods. From Owner occupant listing periods to special Government offers like the 100 dollar down program, Southern Breezes has kept a focus on helping our clients accomplish their directives while maintaining honesty and compassion with the public.
